Don't know about those $100 wheels since you didn't mention a brand or anything.
I go back and forth with different wheels and tires depending on what class I enter; DOT or Slicks.
My skinnies and tires are a lot lighter than my stocks.
Plus the the weight transfer is better with skinnies.
I going out on a limb here that you will pick up about a tenth.
