Hi everybody, I have an 82 w/ the 700r4 and my TCC engages in2,3,and 4th gear but it woundn't disengage until I hit the brake switch or when it drops into 1st.NOBODY on the c3 thread can seem to help. I hope you guys can. I'm looking into that JET lockup delay module that only lets the trans lockup in overdrive. Has anyone used this module on there 84 vette? HELP PLEASE!

Save your money. If you want 4th gear only lock up, drop the pan and find the solenoid. Confirm that the red lead goes to terminal A of the plug and that the terminal A has 12volts with the ignition on. Then run the single lead from the 4th pressure switch to the ground side of the solenoid. Viola 4th gear only lock up. You may need to replace the 4th switch if it is a normally closed switch. It needs to be the normally open style switch to work properly. This is easily checked with a digital voltmeter.
