I'm not sure as my car is not out of the cold as of yet. Still getting snow in CT, but it is the light in the info panel. I do belive it is the Service ABS.
Thanks for any help you msy have.

I had a '96 Blazer that did that (ABS light came on when the brakes were applied but obviously no tire slip) and it was a cut sensor cable. The lead was rubbing the wheel and eventually wore through, grounding against the wheel. Inspect the ABS sensor leads very carefully.
Hope this helps.
A factory sevice manual would tell you how to check the code(s) behind that service light. I have a '90 as well & have had to check front sensors a few times over the years (based on the codes I've pulled). They have always checked out but the connectors under the dash seem to like attention on occasion or something.

Thanks I will pull the wheels off and look around .
