Flywheel thickness with a ZF6
It is documented that to use an F-Body flywheel that it must be machined .090 to fit properly for use with the stock fork.
Does anyone know the resulting thickness? I suppose it would be measured from the mating surface of the crankshaft to mating surface of the pressure plate.
The reason I ask is I have an aftermarket F-Body flywheel that is supposed to be a little thinner than stock. The DM I have that is out of the car was machined by the previous owner so I do not have something reliable to measure.
This would be going on a 1990 L98 block.
