Headlight Convert

Is there any other cars out there that have headlights like these on the pic, that would fit my vette? or is it not possible?

There are kits out there like that. I am sure someone knows the name of them and then all you have to do is a google search.

ecklers corvette catalog has em, they are like $1,000.00 for the pair, i am just starting that project myself, im sure i can do it for less than that! lol. www.ecklers.com

Keep us updated on that project! That is one mod I would love to do, just for the fact that I get tired of the flip up headlights sometimes. I believe it would also help with night driving as I am getting a bit older and my night vision is not as good as it used to be. I also believe it can be done for less than the $1100 that Ecklars is wanting. I seen a kit on ebay for $900 but it looked a little cheaper made/

I have one of those walmart wire feed welders, lol, so im gonna go to the local welding shop and get some steel sheets, make a box and install the small rectangular high/low beam lights, and next to it put a cool blue running light they sell now, the plexiglas can be routed out around the edges so it fits nicely up in the hole, im in florida, wonder if i can get away with a smoked glass look? paint to match, (you have to paint the $1100.00 ones anyways) seal it up real good, and there it is.
