Default 92-93 Air Duct

The guy that is going to tune my car was going to eliminate the MAF sensor and he told me to find a duct to go from the air filter housing to the throttle body. I remembered the 92-93 vettes had something like that, my question is will it work with a 95 vette? Any issues with switching over to the 92-93 ducts? Best place to get one? THANX

I dont know the answer to your specific question. But you can search on several sites to find appropriate parts that may work. Try these.

BTW. I am looking to get a replacement front intake coupler (the bellows unit that attaches between the MAF and the air filter housing). Mine is in rough condition on the underside of the front inlet portion. I would be interested in your unit if it is in good condition and you find the replacement ducting.

The 92-93 duct is no longer offered (and if you could find one it would be $$$). You should be able to use a 90-91 duct if you can find one of those. Here's a shot of the 90-91 duct I used on my 92.

If it doesn't, no biggie. Stick it in the air box.

Like Kid said it doesn't. Here you can see how I relocated mine to the air box.

I didn't know you could convert a 95 ecm to speed density. Or are you going to an aftermarket DFI?

Speed Density, any opinions on this this type of tune, I am done modding, and do not plan on doing any more mods to the car for a long time
