Help finding what fuse to pull.

I want to change my fuel filter. I have read many threads and I know it will be no fun. I know to start the car and pull the fuel pump fuse to decrease the line pressure. I know to jack the front of the car up high. BUT what I dont know is what fuse to pull. I looked on my 86 and none are labeled fuel pump. Can someone describe to me the location of the fuse I need to pull? Thank you On a different topic Can I rotate my wheels front to back? They backspaced the same? They are the same width. Thank you guys for all the help. I really need a FSM.

At the bottom right corner of the fuse box, it it marked fr on my car. It is a red 10 amp fuse.
