Stalls when Accelerating

I barely got the car in the driveway. Lost power, chug, chug. I thought it could be the fuel pump and filter. Fluctuating fuel pressure when checked witg gauge. Put in new ones. Problem still there. I now get a check engine light, code 43. Knock sensor?? Unhooked knock sensor and problem got worse. What do you think from here.
