canted heads holes question

canted heads holes question
I asked some time ago about the fitment on my 87-later Trickflow heads on SBC pre-87.
I had good assicuration on fitment.

I'm selling the heads to a friend with a 1981 C3.
I see that these heads are with 4 intake manifold holes (2 per side) that are angled (as suspected)
. In effect My Superram base allow both for conventional holes and canted holes.
Is it possible to modify a carb manifold to accept these angled holes?
how?
Or I have to buy carbed manifold as the edelbrock #2604 ?
There are others brands with modified bolt holes for use with canted intake holes heads?
