MPH dead spot?

MPH dead spot?
Doesnt anyone else have a dead spot(lag) at 30mph. At 29mph it will pull hard but 30mph it doesnt have that grunt power. Am I crazy? At 40 mph it feels like the grunt power is back. But 30-40 dead spot?

Challenger isnt out yet, I was deciding what I wanted to do. I might get a c6 vette cause of resale issues. Im still not sure I need to write down pros and cons.
