Ok I tried to make sense out of a few threads on this issue and just got more confused with some of the conflicting info out there...
I have an opportunity to pick up a set of C5 wheels for $500 from a friend near where I live but neither he or I are sure what adapters are needed if necessary. They are supposed to be the stock original wheels on his C5.
Here is what he has:
17x 9.5 fronts
18 x10 rears
54mm offset
I plan to do the C5 brake upgrade using WDO-MKR's brackets if that makes any difference.

If you've got those sizes right, then I don't think they are stock C5 wheels.
C5 OEM are 17x8.5 +56 / 18x9.5 +63
C5 Z06 OEM are 17x9.5 +54 / 18x10.5 +58
You can get replicas in the correct offset for your car for $500-600. Cheaper than the used wheels+adapters.
I've got a brand new set of C6 rims, 18's and 19's and they are fresh off a 2006 not Copies but geniune. $400.00 plus shipping. I have them posted in the C6 FS section.
If they would fit I might be interested depending on what shipping would cost me too. Just let me know when you have pics up...
