I don't have any of these glow lights but you can wire them up with your parking lights as a lot of guys do, or you can leave them unwired. They are just meant to give a soft blue glow when the headlights are not being used. You could also put them on a seperate switch. I have some gill lights on a seperate switch and it was fairly easy to do. I took the power off the block by the battery.
I've got the same set and I just left them unhooked. What you've got to consider is these lamps fit a variety of vehicles and unlike vettes most don't have retractable headlamps. So most would wire them into their parking lights, but with a vette what's the point the lights are closed. When the lights are open they're on and the headlamp bulb would just overpower them.
