I've been messing around with an 84 for about 2 years. Finally got it running. The injectors are dripping. Can I clean these with some fuel additive type cleaner or do they need to be replaced?
I'm not familiar with '84's, but one option for the injectors (there are 2 right?) is to have them serviced/rebuilt/cleaned. Many on this forum choose Rich from Cruzinperformance.com. Some people report success by running Seafoam engine treatment though their car, but I never was very successful with that.

with the suggestion of using Rich Jensen @ Cruzin performance. This is the best activity to improve your injectors. Replacement is always a problem in that the GM new injectors are very high and good, reasonable replacements are hard to find
