Default Code 12 & Code 36 Need help!
I think that code 12 is for tach signal rigth? But what is code 36? Please help!

Code 12 is not a trouble code. It's a refference code that is there only to indicate when the code flash test begins and ends. Any codes in between the two code 12's are the trouble codes. So the only code you have here is the 36.

12 is good mate, youre meant to see that everytime, its not trouble as 86 PACER says

What year Vette; the MAF in '85 differes from that in other L98s?

Code 36 is the MAF burn-off relay; try these:
1-replace that relay and clear the codes
2-borrow a MAF from a 3rd gen. F-body car
