Understeer is also push... Basically what Scorp said, understeer is turning less than you expected (front wheels loose) and oversteer is turning more than what you expect (rear wheels loose), I think.
Understeer is when the front of your car hits the wall first. Oversteer is when the back of the car hits the wall first.
'Pushing' or 'Plowing' is understeer in a RWD car. I've only made my coupe oversteer once, on a fast, sharp, downhill sweeper. It's fairly easy to induce oversteer, but it's so controllable in the 'Vette that I hang the tail out on purpose (at relatively low speeds!) sometimes.
