Default Rusted Bolts

Does anyone have a good method to remove rusted bolts? I am trying to remove the catalic converter and after a couple of hours I got 6 of the 8 bolts out, leaving one at each end. I've used Liquid Wrench and such but still can't remove the last 2 bolts.
PLEASE HELP!!! :mad :mad :mad :cry :cry :cry

Sometimes I've had to resort to some heat from a propane torch. It usually works when all else fails.

This may sound strange but soak them with some carbuerator cleaner and then attempt to turn them off. The cleaner gets in better than the other stuff I've tried. :seeya

If you can find someone with an impact wrench you should have no problem.
If not, go the torch route.

When I had to get the original heat stove crossover off my '70 (Exhaust piece, rusted in place for 30 years) I put penetrating oil on the bolts 3 times a day for 5 days. They came off like butter. :)
