all 1989 Corvettes came with an L98 (I am not counting the Callaway B2K versions). IIRC, it's 240hp or 245hp. Lotsa torque, tho, 330ft lbs, real low, too.
Check the C4 Tech FAQ at the top of C4 Tech, it has much of this info. Also, spend $15.00 and get a copy of the Corvette Black Book.
