Front spring bracket

I was trying to remove shims that are between the frame and the spring cushion. I got the right side spring bracket off with no problem but the left side will not move. I have had PB Blaster on it for about 4 hours now and no help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA Tim

Hope someone on here has had this happen please respond. 89VERT and i tried everything we could think of to get this apart. Here is a bump for ya Tim.

What problem are you having, you can't get the nuts off of the bolt that holds the spring retainer on, or you can't get the spring retainer off of the bolts?
