Big Difference between 3.45's and 4.10's?
Is it worth the $$$ to change out my 3.45's for the 4.10's? Noticeable difference?

I'd say deffinatly noticable! The car pulls beter, and 6th is more usefull on the highway. These gears should be in all M6 cars!

Big Difference. After much debate I went with the 4.11's and have absolutley loved them. Note get them done right and use the correct ring and pinion

Short answer. Hell YES !!!!
I love my 4.10's. They are quieter than my factory 3.45's. I can't seem to power brake as good as I used to for some reason, it seems the cars won't sit still it wants to go. My guess is that is the brakes & the tires.
All I can say is
DO IT, DO IT, DO IT

I also like having gone to 4.10s. You do shift more around town, but it's still pretty low revs at freeway speeds, and now 5th gear is really usable, as opposed to having two highway gears. The car generally feels more frisky now.

Most people are unaware of 3.91s. I have those. They are a Dana gear set and apparently go in some Jeep Grand Cherokees.
