Roof panel adjustment

How do you adjust the roof panel on a 94? I think mine may need adjustment because one of the rear bolts requires more torque than the others. Also, are the rear bolts supposed to stay in the panel? Mine come right out and have since I bought it.

I have some instructions if I could figure a way to post them or email them to you?? They're the instructions that come with a new top.

Mine has never rested properly into the passenger side windshield molding. Even after a new top and trying to adjust it
