Default TPI Injectors

I need TPI injectors.
what are the best for a daily driver, all stock motor?
internet research shows:
Holly $$
Accel $
SMP $$$$

I have the original multiteks, which I can not even find...

I need something dependable, and I usually try to stick with OEM parts...
any brands to AVOID ??
any comments.

Best ones are Bosch. I avoid Multecs, Accel and anything from 5-0 motorsports.

You could see if this guy has any more..

GM injectors

I bought a set of 8 for $15.98 each plus $5 each shipping.. $167.84 shipped.

They came brand new, no gas smell, and I installed them with no issues.. car runs perfect.

These are the oem Corvette 1987 injectors with 5235302 stamped on each one..

He's raised the price by $3.00 per injector, but it can't hurt to ask him.. it's a great deal for OEM injectors and the perfect replacement to the less than reliable multecs that were in my 89

The set of 22's I got from Five-Oh have been most satisfactory. Excellent price. Fast shipping.

Just had to paint the pink with red....

I have the FMS blue tops on my 92... they have been there for 3 years! No problems. Can't say the same thing for the POS Accel AFPR.

That price is too good to be true. Are you sure they are new? Shipped in the original box with a warranty? I looked at the Ebay store. He has a total of 128 items for sale. Not much of a store. Some of his other parts are used and none have a factory warranty. Be careful on Ebay. It's easy to clean injectors and put new o-rings on them to make them look new. Fiveomotorsports claims their injectors are new but they are sonic cleaned and look new.

Lot of controversy on fiveoh. Personally Ive been through 3 sets on a friend cars with lots of issues. Never know what youre getting, could be new, cleaned, some no name knock off, no way to tell. One instance where getting a name brand is worth it, injectors are everything as far as reliability and driveability are concerened.

I have heard rumors about ACCEL solving their problems, with a new supplier. So they should not be yellow any more.
Can anyone verify this ??

I would never buy an Accel injector.

If anything, rebuild stock or use the Fords.

When I emailed the seller, he told me they were new, no gas through them. When I got them, they looked brand new, and when I started up the car with them installed, the car fired right up and runs smoother than it ever has.

I have zero complaints with them.

There was no warranty specified, but for the price I paid, I am still good with the purchase and satisfied with them.

I read that too. I guess they have a new injector. I don't know what color it is.

I think you got a good set of used injectors. I don't think you can get new for that price. Glad you got a good set.

Accel does indeed have NEW & IMPROVED injectors. The box says so, summit says so, and I received greyish injectors, not yellow.
So I'm happy.

Now to find some spare time....................

I'll be interested in the NEW & IMPROVED Accel injectors. They don't have a good rep ...
