The track was busy, low temp. for Houston and everyone was out. Only made one pass and didn't hook up like I wanted. BF Goodrich G Force T/A @ 25 lbs.
R/T =.803
60' = 2.074
330 = 5.818
1/8 = 8.912
1000 = 11.589
1/4 = 13.835
MPH = 100.24
Anyone with the same mods? What should I expect if I could drive? I was hoping for low 13's.
:lol:
Red,
Nice to meet you! I'm new to this board, and live 8 miles from HRP. Didn't take my '85 last night.....the dentist saw to that.
That run wasn't bad with those gears and a stock cam. Get a few more runs, 'tho.....hard to tune on one pass.
I think your right Red. Sounds to me like you didn't hook up at all. I am sure you should be doing low 13"s!!! I turned a couple of 14.1"s last year 100% stock L98. Practice makes perfect. Good Luck Don
I'll agree that there should be more in it than that. Thats not much faster than a stock L-98 and by the looks of your dyno numbers you should be a few tenths faster. Like the others say get some more practice and I bet a few more tenths show up.
