Default Need help replacing Braking system

Ok so im in the process of basically rebuilding my entire corvette. I need some help with the braking system tho. heres my questions

1.Can i use this package from summit? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

2.Whats the differance in single and dual diaphram boosters?

3.What size booster do i need?

4.Can i use a "universal" master cylinder like the one in the kit?

heres some pics of the vette so you know what im working with http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/...913&offset=112

Ive done some fiberglass work so it doesnt look as bad as it does in the pics. ill get some new pics soon. Thanks for yalls help!

fire? damn.

I donno if that will fit... it might if you modify the firewall to accept it, but from stock, I doubt it.

You need to consider a few things for underhood fitment, and that is diameter. If it's too high, it could hit the hood.

I would go with OEM fitment - SSBC and Vette Brake Products should make those parts.

I don't know SSBC's, but in either case, a hit on Google will find them. I think Vette brakes has a link on the left margin - ie, forum vendor.

As for OEM, you might want to talk to Jason at www.vette2vette.com. You may have to leave a voice message (busy with newborn), but he WILL call back!
