Interior Lights
When a door is opened the interior lights don't come on but the security light on the dash blinks. The interior lights can be turned on with the light switch. And when the hatch is opened the rear lights do come on. Any ideas?

The door switches seem to be working ok. They trigger the security light on the dash.
Check ur door ajar switches????????? :cheers: Lets go Yankees!

Had the same problem with my 85. Its dome light delay switch. Its located behind bread box. The quickiest way to find it is by taking off the top of the dash.(dash pad). It looks like a small box with a plug in it. Check out "the last detail" on the net. They will sell you a gm part for about 14.00. Good luck.

Thanks Greensting..............Got mine fixed today took about 15 min. I found taking off the right side kick panel off was easy for me. Pulled the 3 screws and lowered the panel and there it was.. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
