I had a 95and97 fbody z28 now those cars are something to bitch about when it comes to changing plugs and wires.

Funny how the more Snap On tools I own the easier it is to FIX the car rather than just work on it

Unfortunately, it usually ends up working that way.

My wife saw me laying across the engine changing #8. She thought I loved the car more than her! PS, I do.

Its the wires that cause you to remove everything, not the plugs. And to tell everyone no beer. Shame on you !

Hardest number 8 plug I ever changed was in a 78 camaro with a 45 engine. The number 8 was a booger, after messing with it for awhile, got the wife (little hands) and she changed it in about 4 minutes. The she cleaned her hands with GOJO and I fed her a hamburger and malt for the good job.

I've changed spark plugs on Hondas and a Suzuki motor in a Geo Tracker in less time than it took me to reat that first post!

I guess anything is "easy" with the right tools.

I'll never know what these people are talking about, because I no longer have the AIR injection tubes and stock manifolds that make it so hard to reach these. I can get all 8 of the plugs' threads started with my fingers now. Seriously.

edit: Whoops, 2 week old thread
