C5 wheel and rear rotor question.

C5 wheel and rear rotor question.
Does everyone have this odd size difference in the rear rotor and wheel? The hub of the wheel is smaller then the hub of the rotor. It looks kind of odd! 
I don't have that in the front, I have C5 rotors, and calipers, so they match up fine.

I never really noticed that but with 18" ZO6 wheels in the back with 12" rotors and the 17" ZO6 wheels in the front with 13" rotors, it makes the rear brakes look rather anemic. 
I've gotten used to it now though and it doesn't really bother me like it used to.
