Have a look here mate:

The RED is for Fan 1
The GREEN is for Fan 2
The PURPLE is how many degrees C the coolant temp has to go down from the fan on temp before the fans shut off
The BLUE is the vehicle speed in MPH that must be reached for the HIGH SPEED fan settings are used, until you reach this speed, the ECM will use the LOW SPEED fan settings.

Nah mate they should be both the same, its just that your car being 95 it should be using .EE, if you only got them 2 months ago you should have the latest file, so im not sure whats going on there.

The CF version of PCM_EE moved the " FAN enable VS coolant temp" out from the constant table to the regular table. It is about half way through the list of tables.

I just started using Tuner Cats EEB file and it is the CF version. I do not see the fan temps anywhere. I see the settings for oil temp but not for coolant temp. I also do not see an "fan enable VS coolant temp" but I do see a "fan enable coolant temp VS speed". Is that the one to use?
Thanks in advance, Brian.

Another interesting thing is the file I downloaded from my 95 has 0 for the setting "Fan Threshold High Speed (MPH). Is that normal from the factory?

Anyone? I am not sure if I should just change the fan temps lower or also add a number to the "Fan Threshold High Speed (MPH)". It makes sense it should have a speed set but why does the factory one not? Also, does it matter if I save the factory file as a .bin or .lt1 and will either work for loading back? I am using TunerCat and want to make sure I do not screw up my ECM setting the fans lower.
Thanks in advance.

Well, I did my first CATS PCM program and it worked without a problem. I lowered the fan on temps and added a speed for the high threshold. It has always made me wonder why GM has the fans come on right away when using the AC but wait so long to turn them on when the AC is off. I had this issue with my 88 GTA and my 88 Vette and installed a manual switch for them both. I have to say I am impressed with being able to program the ECM on the 95 so easily and might look at some other settings now as well.
