DeWitts Radiator Install Today
Any last minute advise? I'd like to flush out the system as best I can before putting the new one in. What is the best way to do so?? Anything else I need to know?

Take out your tstat first, and run h20 through the system a couple of times - I have used flush from Napa before - but if your not sure of your heater core I would hesitate to use anything other then h20

Remove your knock sensors to thoroughly drain your block. Also since they're the lowest point of your water jacket you'll get the most sediment out that way. Unhook both heater hoses at a convenient point and flush it well too from top to bottom. That's also another place where sediment is trapped and can deteriorate the core over time. Just run water through everything until it comes out clean.
