Default Setting Fuel Pressure

Quick question.. i'm aiming for about 38 PSI fuel pressure since my car's running a little rich.. it's an ACCELL AFPR. It reads 38psi w/ the line off and 42 psi w/ the line on , which one should I go with? Or should I keep it the way it is?

With the line off would be your WOT fuel pressure. With the line on the pressure is being adjusted by the regulator.

The dial is turned all the way out, so I guess it's as low as it's going to go

Runs great now. I took out the svo 24# injectors that I just bought. Now the car runs great. There must be a problem with one of them. I was a phone call away from going to a carb!

Would not hold fuel pressure and had a nasty hesitation at 2000 to 2400 then it would run hard. Changed them and run great. I reas on here that a couple of people had bad svo injectors.

Interesting, mine still won't hold pressure for more than a minute or two after I shut the car off
