I have the bread box eliminator on the passenger side. Once that and the top dash is removed theres all the little plastic bits and the air vent. To the left there is this bluue box about a 3" X 3". It looks like a oversized plug on the bottom with about six little metal plugs into it. It wasnt plugged it so I pushed it back together the best I could thru the tight space and all the lights **interior, parking, brake, ect** came on. Thats strange. I unplugged it. They went off. I flicked the switch they came on and off normally when its UNPLUGGED. Wtf? I was cleaning the interior up today. Took the dash top off and the interior pieces and dusting out the A.C. Vents today. Can someone explain is this normal and what is that blue box?
Kid,
That is the tone generator. It will give you the sound if you leave your lights on, seat belt warning, and maybe key in. I suspect if you'd waited the lights would time out. If not, maybe it is faulty and that is why it was disconnected.

Thanks. Since it serves no real purpose. I will just leave it unplugged.
