My 92 with 63k miles started running rough (like it only is hitting on 6 or 7 cylinders) at all rpms, making it undrivable. it threw a rh o2 code at first so I replaced both o2 sensors. I have since replaced/installed the following:
Fuel filter
PCV
Plugs
Plug wires
Coil
ICM
Fuel filter (set a jar of gas overnite and no evidence of water)
fuel injectors
WP
MSD Optispark
I checked the EGR with vacuum and there is exaust coming out of both pipes so I don't think the cats are plugged.
It still runs the same as when I started-lousy--with no codes. I am just about ready to have it flatbedded to someone to see if maybe it is a bad valve or valve spring, ect. I see this problem often on the forum but it usually gets solved with one of the above parts. I have been fighting this problem on and off as I have time for 9 months. Any body have any ideas?

Reason: Not finished
Check if the EGR valve is seated closed. Measure vacuum, you may have a bad vacuum leak. When dark, engine idling, look for sparks along the ignition wires, all wires should be in their looms (looms in good condtion too) and not touching any metal. When you changed the plugs, that would have been a good time to measure and record compression! You might want to try that too. Look at your new plugs, any wet with gas or antifreeze? Engine idling, smell the exhaust, if you can smell raw gas, you may have one or more leaking injectors causing too rich condition.
Thanks for the suggestions. I will go through the checkout procedure on the EGR. I will try the plug wire observation tonight although I put in Taylor wires and used the original looms and I was careful that the wires are not touching metal, so I don't think that is the problem. The compression test is something that I have never done but I may be able to borrow a tester. Due to work and personal issues I won't be able to work on it again until after 6/10 but I will post the results when it finally gets fixed--even if someone else fixes it.
