My 94 has just over 103,000 on it. Some smoke out the pipes. When I changed oil today, I added "Engine Restorer" (in the chrome can). I've had very good results using this in other cars. Have any of you guys put this in your Vettes?

No I myself would not use it.
I believe it covers up problems more than it helps.

If your car is smoking Id say its either valve seals or rings.
If it valve seals you will usaly get a puff of smoke when you first start the car.

If its bad rings the car will smoke the while the car is running.

using restorer may free up sticky rings. that's as far as you can hope to get with it.
If you have sticky rings, you need to change oil more often.
replacing worn parts with an oil thickener/solvent isn't really addressing the problem. You need to find out if it's rings or valve seals, and get it taken care of. Continuing to drive the car with an oil consumption problem will only gunk up the valves and reduce your engine's breathing capability, and it just gets worse and worse and worse.
The real thing to do is if it's valve seals, remove the heads, clean the heads, valves, lap them, check spring pressures, replace the seals, scrape the tops of the pistons, and carry on. but then you will want to clean it up, paint the neessary areas, and change o-rings, gaskets, antifreeze, oil, etc.
