87-88 4+3 electrical digram?
Anyone have a good electrical diagram for an 87-88 4+3?
I'm specifically interested in the wiring of the 1st gear switch to the ecm and the behavior of the switch (whether it is open or closed in 1st gear). At this point I'm inclined to think that the switch is open in 1st gear.
Can anyone confirm with info from a Helms manual?
I suspect that this switch is input to the ecm on pin C7 (same pin as the auto trans od switch input) based upon what happens when I run an 86 4+3 or any auto trans bin in my 88. Unfortunately my Haynes manual lacks sufficient detail in this area.
Note: I already have plenty of info on the 86 wiring thanks to Agent86. Looking for 87-88 details only.
