l98 runner porting
just curious but has anyone tried porting the stock intake on a l98 to help with the top end power. i want to keep mine stock looking until i do the ls2 swap so going with aftermarket ones is not a option

I think the stock base is a waste of time for porting, there's not much to work with. But PM cuisinartvette for pics of his, it's the most ported one I've seen. Or PM "85 Corvette". Cuisinartvette's ported intake is sitting on 85's shelf collecting dust, maybe he'll sell it to you for what he paid for it.
You can't do much with the runners but push the dents out and radius the inlets. You can merge the hole pairs in the plenum and radius those inlets also. And port out the TB entrance wall.
