I have a 93' no one has a replacement electric air pump in stock. But mine is making a terrible squeal noise at startup. Need to do something...
SO can I just unplug it? Or should I gut it and keep it plugged in? Or should I... Other options?

Why remove it?
WHY WOULD YO REMOVE IT??? I JUST FIXED MY SYSTEM. MY TWO CHECK VALVES WERE BAD. I WAS BLOWING SOME SMOKE OUT OF THE EXHAUST. I REPLACED THE OLD ONES AND
THE SMOKE WENT AWAY. I PURCHASED THE VALVES ON ROCK AUTO FOR $16.00 EACH. i WOULD START THERE.
