Low voltage to O2 sensor??
Previous owner replaced the O2 sensor a week before I bought my car back, and now I am getting a low voltage check engine light.
Would this cause the car to idle rough and run like hell?
I know where the O2 sensor is, but how do I fix the low voltage problem?

Guess it would help if I told you it was a 1996 LT4 ragtop.

Second try. I typed a somewhat long winded description about this circuit, and some possible causes, but when I hit the send button it got lost somewhere in the ether.
So, a short suggestion list. A crimp or short in the O2 wire, or a significant fresh air leak at the sensor bung. (ECM failure is a possibility, but very remote.)
A service manual should give you a helpful diagnostic tree to debug this issue.
