Default Does the C4 measure up?

Hi. I am looking into purchasing a late 80's model Corvette and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on how it measures up performance-wise to the Mitsubishi 3000gt twin turbo and the Nissan 300zx twin turbo of similar years. I would greatly appreciate any insight on this. Please email me at Ben_Burris@baylor.edu . Thanks.

I suggest a late '80s in that case to get the latest steering & suspension mods along with improved heads.

What are the 1/4 mi numbers on those cars in question? The late '80s Vette should run very low 14s bone stock. As you can see from my sig, it isn't difficult to improve on that.

BTW this summer I had the pleasure of spanking a 3000GT during a time shot, but don't know if it was turbo or not. I don't think the 300zx would be an issue either.
