I need to replace the brake master cylinder on my 1985 Corvette and will probably try buying OEM off of EBAY. My question is were the early 1985's (Nov 1984) build date on mine is it possible I need to by a 1984 master cylinder? The research I have done tells me they have two different part numberx.
All 1985 corvettes have 1985 brake master cylinders. Actual build date is not important.
Thanks for the response. One reason I asked is because I have the 4+3 and on early 85's like mine the overdrive switch is in the shifter plate/console as all 84's did. The later 85's had the overdrive activation switch built into the shifter ****.
