Bad HVAC Control head?
I'm not sure if I have a bad control head or just not enough vaccum for it to work properly.. When I move the selector all I get is a low hissing sound rather than it changing position. Anybody know how much vaccum is needed for it to operate properly?

I had the same problem with mine when I put it back together. Make sure the connector with all the vacuum hoses leading to it that plugs into the back of the head unit is seated firmly. Select different positions with one hand while you wiggle the vacuum connector with the other. If you hear the hissing get lowder/quieter than the connector is not seating correctly.
