Will my new z51 shocks settle back to the previous height of my base Bilsteins I had my car lowered on all 4 corners it had the perfect stance. It has come down some but not where it was. I have almost 100 miles on it since the switch

When I mess with the suspension on mine it only needs to be driven down the road and back about a mile, to settle. I live on a hill and there are elevation changes, that may help.
I spent around 1200 bucks dropping it I'm just a little nervous and the other shocks went shot but need replacing 50K Just hope they ant cursed there the ones I got from the notorious bossmustang. Thanks Ill be patient
It should settle in about 20 years as the gas gradually leaks out of the shocks.
When you installed them, did you happen to try and compress the shocks by hand and hold them compressed?
I bet it required some force, I'd guess 30-40 lbs. per shock, maybe even more. The net result is likely 120 lbs or more of lifting force on the chassis.
My 20 year old Z52-spec Bilsteins still require 25-30 lbf. to compress and hold partially compressed. I just checked 1 front and 1 rear that I had laying around in the garage with a bathroom scale. Both were about the same 25-30 lbf each.
