Bought an 86 coupe with a bumper sticker stuck on the under side of the hood right above the Bowling Green Emblem. Yellow with black letters,stating "CHEVROLET ENGINEERING TEST & DEV. VEHICLE"
below it is " REMOVE ONLY AT TIME OF SALE OR REASSIGNMENT"
a couple bow-tie emblems,and in the lower right corner,
"REF. NO. 3X 1081" What does this all mean and why is it there?
