Your rear rotors are rusted to the hubs. I used a rubber mallet and hit my rotors from the back to get them loose. I would suggest you get the rotors checked for run out if you are going to reuse them. Mine were worn a little weird when this happened to me. I would also suggest you coat both the from and rear hubs with some antiseize compound when you put it all back together, that way this won't happen again.
