Default Code 63 & 64?

I have a 93 and the check engine light comes on sometimes. When it does, it is always when the throttle is closed. The car always runs great but am concerned that the 63 and 64 codes are trying to tell me something. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

A quick web search shows you have a problem with the "right bank heated o2 sensor"
63 is open connection, 64 is lean.

I did the quick web search thing, what I got back was different answers. I called three Chevrolet dealers the first one told me it was too old to fix. The second said it was a bad ECM and that I had to buy a new one. The third said it was a bad RH o2 sensor but you can't buy them anymore. I called Auto Zone the girl on the phone that was making french fries last week told me that my car has 6 o2 sensors and that I had to tell her which one I wanted. I called CSK they told me I have 4. Finally, Napa says I have 2. So much for Web searches, that's why I asked the question here.

LMAO... I'll probably get roasted by certain people if I guess wrong, but here goes...

No, never mind. I shouldn't guess, and there are people here who really know.

OH WTH... 4 O2 sensors on an LT1, 2 in front of the cats, 2 behind. Heated sensors have "more wires" ... so look for one with more wires.

If you "disconnect" the wires from the wrong one and run the car, it will throw a different code. If you disconnect the right one, it will throw the same code. You have a 50/50 shot at being right the first time.

It's at least remotely possible that the problem is a bad connection, corrosion on the terminals, and that removong a reinstalling the connector a number of times will clean off enough corrosion to get a good connection and eliminate the problem, at least for a while.
