Power Steering Pump?
Just got home from a cruise....noticed when we got to where we were going there appeared to be smoke coming out of hood....but temp was fine...contributed it to dust since we were on a gravel road...but, got home and as soon as I turned in driveway steering got hard.....pulled in garage and opened hood....power steering fluid all over underside of hood.....just about over entire engine compartment...puddle forming quickly on floor......question is....without looking at it in the daylight..does this sound like pump malfunction or a broke/loose/split power steering pump hose? Thanks for your help!

Could also be the rack... whether it be a pump, hose, or rack... better drop by Seers and get an 18mm tubing wrench if you plan to do the job yourself. :D

Bill, any hints on how I can tell what it is, i.e. the rack or hose or pump, etc? Is it a matter of just looking to see where it's leaking?

Just eye balling should tell you where the leak is...if you can't find it due to residue all over you might clean the area and start the car momentarily to see.
I would guess it is a hose, but could be anything (like what was stated above) depending on condition or miles.
