I read somewhere that GM installed some sort of "flap" in the exhaust system on late model C4s to lower the tone at low speeds. It supposedly opens when throttle is given. Has anyone found and removed this device?
He might be referring to the person that built their own in a B&B exhaust and posted pics on the forum. I've never heard of this being a factory feature on a C4.
