Hot starting problems continues
All summer I have fought a hot starting problum on my 89 roadster, gets hot have to wait for it to cool off and then starts immediately, have new starter,cables,ac delco platinum battery,vats bypassed,heat blanket for starter, can hear starter relay under dash click and solonoid click when trying to start when hot but still nothing.I thought the cooler weather would help but it hasn't, ANYONE ELSE EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE ?

It’s probably time to break down and find someone with a Diacom program. The hard start problem could be due to any number of computer-related problems, leaky or stuck injectors, or a heat-sensitive ignition system. The best way to diagnose the problem is to work through things systematically. Check to see if there are any substantial fuel pressure variations related to engine temperature, see if Diacom turns up a faulty sensor or a trouble code, and then give the ignition system a good once-over. You should find the problem.
