New Motor NO FIRE !!
Ok just got my LT1 rebuilt and back in ready to fire, oil pressure primed to 60 psi, fuel pressure at 42 lbs, and NO FIRE !!
1) Getting fire to ignition module harness
2) Getting fire to opti spark harness
3) Getting fire to coil harness
4) NO FIRE to the plugs
What is the best way to try to diagnose this. Opti spark is GM Brand new and ran when I took it apart this last time.

My opti is a 94 unvented version that is driven by a little gear that will only install one way or it will not bolt up properly. Figured some coolant spilled over the top of my new opti when I took the water pump off this last time, top lip/edge has a fine layer of rust around it plan to take it apart tonight to inspect.
By the way, how are you getting 400+ RWHP on your vette, what cam, heads, throttle body, MAF and exhaust are you running?
