Try calling Accel Tech Line at (313) 380-1328.

Why do you need the decal? Can't you just tell them the number? Last smog shop I went to never even heard of an EO number.

Well, I'm new to this CARB crappola and from I'm reading online, I will need to present a darn CARB decal for the superam next time I smog
