I am new to owning a vette, not new to always wanting one! i just purchased a 95 lt1 w/ 112000 miles. the car is in great shape and runs great. I am looking for basic performance upgrade ideas from ya'll with more experience. There are alot of options, but i dont know which are crap and dont work and what really does? Also, is there anything i should really check or be looking for to ensure a long, enjoyable ownership experience with a car of this age or miles?
Thanks in advance for the help

A lot depends on the funds you have for upgrades and where you want to start. Do you want to open up the exhaust or keep it quite? Do you want to increase the air intake? Automatic or stick?
Give us as much info on the car and what you would like to do?
it is a black on black 95 lt1 automatic. It has a slp claw intake, and the tranny was just rebuilt with all new kevlar parts. Other than those upgrades it is stock. i want a car that will out muscle a standard factory hotrod, but not blow up the motor in the process. As far as noise is concerned i would love for it to be a sleeper, but i love the rumble of some flowmaster mufflers
welcome,
