Im thinking of lowering my car with the bolt and shim kit. Got thinking and was wondering if the 11 inch wheels will rub on the fender in the back. Anyone with this set up, and how much clearance do you have?:)
One of the wheels guys I've been speaking with said it was ok to go an inch in the rear as long as you have 315-35-17 and not 335s.I haven't done it but I'm planning it on mine. In case I missed it, any luck on a source for the headlights and foglights? I want to upgrade in about 3 weeks.
Thanks

Didnt you leave the shims out of the front all together? If so, do you get any rubbing on the front? I want to go as low as possible, but not to excited about rubbing tires.
I had removed the shims completely from the front of my Aqua car (sold). It did rub the underside of the hood. I am not sure I would go that low again, especially on a vert. It did look cool though, just have to worry about hitting road bumps way too often.
My blue car, I just lowered the back as the front sits just fine. Some sit higher than others and if it sat high I would probably lower it and use the shims when I reinstalled the spring.
